SEA InnovAItors Collective is looking for motivated volunteers to help bring our programs and community initiatives to life. As a volunteer, you will work alongside a youth-led regional team supporting entrepreneurs, mentors, speakers, and partners across Southeast Asia.

Whether you're interested in supporting event operations, coordinating sessions, documenting key moments, or providing technical assistance, there's a role where you can contribute your skills and make a meaningful impact.

All volunteers, regardless of role, are asked to help with basic event setup at the start of the day and teardown at the end. Your selected role below will be your main focus once the session is underway!

📋 Secretariat:

Assist with participant registration, attendance tracking, distribution of event materials, documentation, and other administrative tasks before and during the program.

🎤 Programs:

Support speakers and facilitators, assist in managing session flow, monitor time, and help ensure activities run smoothly.

📸 Communications & Documentation:

Capture photos and videos, document event highlights, and support the promotion of the program through event coverage.

💻 Technical Support:

Assist with audiovisual equipment, presentations, internet connectivity, and other technical requirements throughout the event.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

You do not need to be an AI expert to volunteer. We are looking for reliable, collaborative, and proactive individuals who are eager to learn and interested in entrepreneurship, technology, events, communications, or community-building.

Since this is an onsite volunteer opportunity, applicants should be available to participate in the event and fulfill their assigned responsibilities throughout the program. Preference will be given to volunteers based in or near Sambas and Metro Manila for easier coordination and on-the-ground support.

Previous volunteer or organizational experience is an advantage but is not required. What matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to contribute, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
