SEA InnovAItors Collective (SIC) is a youth-led initiative dedicated to helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Southeast Asia harness the potential of artificial intelligence for sustainable growth and innovation. Founded by the 2025 Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Academic Fellowship Program (YSEALI AFP) Fellows at the University of Nevada, Reno and supported through the YSEALI AFP Small Grants Program, SIC works to make AI knowledge and tools more accessible to emerging entrepreneurs.

Recognizing that many MSMEs face barriers to digital transformation, SIC provides practical learning opportunities through workshops, mentorship sessions, and collaborative discussions. The initiative focuses on real-world applications of AI in business operations, marketing, finance, and decision-making, enabling entrepreneurs to adopt technology with confidence and purpose.

Beyond training, SIC seeks to foster a community of innovators committed to sharing knowledge and supporting one another's growth. Through the development of an open-access AI Integration Handbook and a growing network of mentors and entrepreneurs, the initiative aims to build a more resilient, competitive, and digitally empowered Southeast Asian business ecosystem.
