SEA InnovAItors Collective is looking for motivated volunteers to help bring our programs and community initiatives to life. As a volunteer, you will work alongside a youth-led regional team supporting entrepreneurs, mentors, speakers, and partners across Southeast Asia.

Whether your strengths are in organizing events, creating content, building partnerships, documenting stories, or supporting digital platforms, there is a place for you in the team.

Volunteers will support the planning and implementation of SEA InnovAItors activities, including its workshops, mentorship sessions, community engagements, and capstone showcase. Specific responsibilities will depend on your assigned team.

Program & Events

Support session preparation, participant coordination, speaker assistance, event facilitation, and the smooth delivery of online and onsite activities.

Marketing & Communications

Develop social media content, write campaign materials, support content scheduling, and help communicate the stories and impact of the program.

Partnerships & Outreach

Help identify and engage potential partners, entrepreneurship communities, universities, MSME networks, speakers, mentors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.

Documentation & Creatives

Capture program activities through photography, video, interviews, and written stories, while supporting the development of visual and documentation materials.

Digital & Technical Support

Assist with website updates, online sessions, digital platforms, registration systems, technical troubleshooting, and other technology needs.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

You do not need to be an AI expert. We are looking for reliable, collaborative, and proactive individuals who are willing to learn and interested in entrepreneurship, technology, events, communications, or community-building.

We especially welcome applicants who can contribute to on-the-ground program implementation. For roles involving event operations, logistics, participant coordination, and local program support, preference will be given to volunteers based in or near Sambas and Metro Manila.

Previous volunteer or organizational experience is an advantage but not required. Applicants should be able to commit time to team meetings, assigned responsibilities, and relevant program activities throughout the implementation period
